This project involved the construction of a contemporary single-storey residence designed to embrace both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The layout was developed to support family living, with fluid movement between spaces, generous natural light, and a connection to outdoor areas. Our responsibilities covered complete site development, structural engineering, MEP system installations, roof and ceiling construction, and carefully executed interior and exterior finishes. Through consistent collaboration with architects and engineers, we ensured the design intent was preserved and translated into a durable, efficient, and attractive home.
